We have Wedding Photography experience in; Formal, Non-Denominational, Renewing of vows, 2nd Time around and Celebrity settings. In 1987, during my first off season from shooting Grad portraits in Winnipeg, I began to work with a wedding photographer who was in need of an assistant to shoot candid images of people who were either participating in or simply attending the weddings he was contracted to shoot. After working with this photographer on a handful of these jobs over the course of that summer, I became familiar with the expectations of his clients and how to maneuver properly amongst the guests and quickly learned that wedding photography can prove to be a nervous experience, especially for those who are about to exchange vows for the very first time. Through these jobs I was able to develop my own niche in being able to calm even the most nervous of clients down and eventually found myself being contracted to shoot weddings on my own, this niche has proven to be an invaluable asset to me and since those early days this ability has afforded both me and my clients with the best possible expressions under these conditions.

Other things to consider… The floral will be disposed of in a week. The catering will be forgotten in a few months. The cake may have one slice saved for the first anniversary… but the photos are truly one of those tangible items you will have to remember that day by and therefore we strongly encourage you to “make sure that you contract someone whom you are comfortable with both personally and professionally.”
